About the author:
The author practices a synthesis of exercises from hatha yoga and sports gymnastics, which share many common elements (asanas and mainly vinyasas). This common ground made it possible to incorporate bodyweight exercises into the yoga practice. Additionally, the author is particularly interested in rare exercises with a pronounced therapeutic effect on the functioning of internal organs.
