I'm denying this application for a couple of reasons, however I am willing to reverse my decision so there's still a chance.

1. There is only mention of intent to upload one specific torrent.

2. The 2 site references given are brand new accounts, with no upload rights, and no activity on the sites.

3. I have heard many similar pitches in the last 12 months or so,
and frankly the ones that have been approved turned out to be big disappointments with a lack of site activity in any manner
(thus I ask why even apply if there's no foreseeable future prospects)

4. Some similar applicants never even got around to uploading the torrent they spoke of.

NOTE: I will be checking the accounts on the other sites again in a week (approximately) in order to see if you've uploaded at either of the other two sites, and review the uploads and reconsider the application.
