I didn't even know myself that these files were in that format as when playing tracks I always enable the multiplex function.

Hi sacot1.

As Bj pointed out these are indeed multiplex files but I thought these were also MP3 +G.

I use Karaoki to play my files and any multiplex songs I just disable that function via the on/off multiplex button that is part of the Karaoki player.

When this is done lead vocals are removed and songs play as any other karaoke file.

Hope this helps given my limited technical knowledge.
