That's a verification spot, limit exceeds, all you have to ask to a mod and wait unless a mod verifies torrents and puts you on the next level. Please, avoid making such statements, I had permission before, I lost this and that. Simply ask a Mod to assist you. you know how to contact one of them. Anyway, Go ahead and continue uploading.
