I posted an update on this issue a week ago!

• The site will remain offline until all issues are resolved.
• Due to a lack of revenue to run Angie Torrents and its underutilization, we've thought of shutting it down.
• We're trying to improve the code that was used in setting that site with a new one as well.
• Site will be renamed to a different name.

Yes it is now defunct, gone, not working due to lack of funding. sadly missed but maybe back in the future, watch this site for any news.
