Yep I think so. Leave a comment on the torrent. Rate the torrent from 5. Cool to 1. Sucks.

KSK778 gave me 5 review points yesterday, I think that that may be from the torrent rating that I
mention above. If not then I have no idea how that's done.

When i try to access this normally in your torrents it constantly takes me to the home page and nothing else.

PS; It took me to the torrent but i still can't say thank you and i still see nothing allowing to rate your torrent out of 5.
