Young Money is an imprint of Cash Money Records founded by Lil Wayne in 2005. In 2009 artists on

he label including Drake, Jae Millz, Mack Maine, Tyga, Gudda Gudda, T-Streets, Lemon Drop, Nicki

Minaj, Lil Chuckee, Short Dawg, Shanell and Lil Twist went on a nationwide tour and decided to work

on a collaboration album titled We Are Young Money.

 

t was released December 21, 2009 and also featured guest appearances from Lloyd, Birdman, Gucci

Mane and Nate Bailey. In 2014, their sophomore collaboration album, Rise of an Empire, was released

under Cash Money Records on March 11, 2014 with appearances from Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj,

Tyga, Christina Milian, Shanell, Mack Maine, Jae Millz, Cory Gunz, Gudda Gudda, Lil Twist, Chanel

West Coast and PJ Morton, among others.

[HEADING=2]Arab Strap[/HEADING]

Arab Strap is an independent rock band from Falkirk, Scotland, UK, signed for the majority of their

albums to independent record label Chemikal Underground.

 

The duo had a short lived flirtation with a major label at the peak of their critical acclaim (after "Philophobia") when they signed to Go!Beat records (a former independent label now owned by Universal).

Vocalist Aidan Moffat and multi-instrumentalist Malcolm Middleton met in Falkirk, bonded over their mutual love for Drag City recording artists such as Smog and Will Oldham, and began a collaboration in 1995.

 

The band is completed by violinist Jenny Reeve and cellist Stacey Sievewright.

Big Audio Dynamite (later known as Big Audio Dynamite II and Big Audio, and often abbreviated BAD

or B.A.D.) is an alternative rock band which formed in 1984 in London, England by the ex-guitarist and

singer of The Clash, Mick Jones.

 

The band blends elements of punk rock, reggae, hip-hop, electronica and rock into their own style of music.

 

The original lineup was Mick Jones - guitars & vocals, Don Letts - sound effects & vocals, Dan Donovan

- keyboards, Greg Roberts - drums & background vocals, Leo Williams - bass.

Destiny's Child was a Grammy-Award winning American R&B girl group comprising lead singer

Beyoncé Knowles alongside Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

 

Formed in 1997 in Houston, Texas, Destiny's Child members began their musical endeavors in

their pre-teens under the name Girls' Tyme, comprising Knowles, Rowland, LaTavia Roberson

and LeToya Luckett.

 

After years of performing underground, they signed to Columbia Records and changed their

name.

 

Destiny's Child was launched into mainstream recognition following the release of their best-

selling second album, The Writing's on the Wall, which contained the number-one singles "Bills,

Bills, Bills" and "Say My Name".

Five Finger Death Punch were formed in 2005 by guitarist Zoltan Bathory (formerly of U.P.O.). The American

Capitalist Songfacts states that Bathory came up with the name after being amused by a scene involving a

five finger punch in Kill Bill 2.

 

Other members recruited to the band include former Motograter & Ghost Machine vocalist Ivan Moody,

former W.A.S.P. members guitarist Darrell Roberts and drummer Jeremy Spencer, and former Anubis

Rising/Deadsett bassist Matt Snell.

 

The band recorded their debut album The Way of the Fist in 2006 with Stevo "Shotgun" Bruno (Mötley Crüe, Prong) and Mike Sarkisyan (Spineshank).

Goo Goo Dolls is an alternative rock band formed in 1985 in Buffalo, New York, USA by guitarist/vocalist

John Rzeznik and bassist/vocalist Robby Takac initially under the name the Sex Maggots (the new name

was chosen from an ad in True Detective magazine at the behest of a local club owner).

 

They are most famous for the hit "Iris", featured on the soundtrack to the 1998 film City of Angels.

 

Currently, the band consists of John Rzeznik (guitar, vocals) and Robby Takac (vocals, bass). The band has

sold 12 million records worldwide and won two Grammy Awards.

Junior Senior formed in 1998 in Jutland, Denmark when Senior (b. Jeppe Laursen December 25, 1977)

and Junior (b. Jesper Mortensen Feburary 7, 1979) got back together after their previous band, entitled

Ludo X/Ludox, broke up in 1995.

 

Both Junior and Senior grew up in Jutland. The band signed a deal with Danish label Crunchy Frog

Records.

 

The band released their debut album "D-D-Don't Stop the Beat" in 2003. The first single, "Move Your

Feet", was one of the most played songs on Danish radio and eventually climbed the charts in over

thirteen countries, including Australia, France, the UK and Denmark.

Killswitch Engage is an American metalcore band from Westfield, Massachusetts, formed in 1999

after the disbanding of Overcast and Aftershock.

 

Killswitch Engage's current lineup consists of vocalist Jesse Leach, guitarists Joel Stroetzel and

Adam Dutkiewicz, bassist Mike D'Antonio, and drummer Justin Foley.

 

The band has released eight studio albums and three live performance albums. Their eighth studio

album, Atonement, was released on August 16, 2019.

 

Killswitch Engage rose to fame with its 2004 release The End of Heartache, which peaked at

number 21 on the Billboard 200, and was certified gold by the RIAA .

[HEADING=2]The Lemonheads[/HEADING]

The Lemonheads is an American alternative rock band, originally from Boston, Massachusetts,

but now based in New York City.

The primary (and only consistent) member is Evan Dando. The band formed in 1986 as an

underground punk rock act.

Their popularity grew during the following decade with the 1992 album It's A Shame About Ray,

which was produced, engineered, and mixed by The Robb Brothers (Bruce Robb, Dee, and Joe),

followed by a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's "Mrs. Robinson", which eventually became one

of the band's most successful singles.
