Removal of Edge from Windows 10

My wife's computer runs Win10 and it has just updated, and she has now

found that MicroSoft Edge has re-installed itself onto her computer.

I've always removed it by running the command

 

[ setup --uninstall --force-uninstall --system-level ]

 

from a command prompt that has Admin priveleges.

 

Now when Ii try it I get the message that Setup is not recognised as a command.

 

Anybiody any ideas on this ??
