On the Now Yearbook 88 album, the first track is down as George Michael's "Father Figure"

 

It is 100% not George Michael !. It's a cover, sure, but it's not George singing it.

That sounds about right. It's one of my all time favourite songs and I'm a big George Michael fan at the best of times so it did rather stand out
