Hey lovelies! Glad to find this tiny corner again, still up 🌻

Its just me again, a lot older, weaker in a way, may be, just may be - a bit wiser, /hardly likely/, tired... but still here.

Glad to see all the familiar names around.

Please stay safe and strong wherever you are. 🌻

Thank you Guys! ❤️

Its so heartwarming to see you here. New place but same energy, and so many memories, now faded, but emotion is still there... The community feeling. Colorful, international and genuine. At least thats how i feel it.

Getting really nostalgic lately for the old days, not only the forums, and online feeling... but in real life too... like something is long lost, not only my youth, but something that was making me feel like all this fight and confusion were worth it.

Yep, time goes by, just tried to say i dont like much the way world looks in 2025, on and offline.

Sending hugs to all of you! 🫂

I hear you Bleu, my wife and I left the States after this sleazebag's first term in office. Never again we said, so we moved to Canada and became Canadian citizens this summer. We burned our US passports and had a party. My father -- a more than 25 year US Army veteran officer -- moved with us. Never been happier. Much love to and yours too my friend.

Glad you made it, love. And even more glad wife and dad joined and you have them with you 🕊️ Thats already huge. ❤️

But, remember - in many places, especially here in EU all is getting worse and worse than even what the sleazebag's doing with the US.

Its so sad observing it and even more so how people get brainwashed and indoctrinated by the official media narratives on so many topics. People I knew for years. Those above turning family/friends and acquaintances against each other... Its crazy. The more I look and read, the hopeless and senseless it feels.

About me - sadly all that i loved and loved me back left this world, dear. Now like empty handed with not much left to care for. Like just floating and trying to find some treads that bide... Spent the summer in the countryside, trying to do gardening and house repair, but even there the few people who are still around are too brainwashed and self centered, like even communication the way i see it is impossible. Now am back in the city, my hometown, came back yesterday to manage inheritance with sisters, mom died 5m ago. Its hard. We dont have mutual language with sisters, sadly, especially since mom left - its like both are total strangers... And me - just not knowing what to do from now on... Moving abroad as I wished, to work or anything, or staying here... Or go back to the village to talk to bird and cats only and plant flowers all alone.  This month need to finish with all of the inheritance because sisters just cant do that, it was always me managing finances and real estate for all. but after... Most likely will go for a month or few months somewhere else. Was thinking going back to the US despite the  sleazebag - in terms of people - even from distance it seems a bit more bearable compared to most of EU. My ex corporate job have offices in Germany, France and UK. But all 3 - listening to people I know feel even worse than than both here at home and US in 2025... Not sure Ill even go for staying anywhere... Or just to breath some air outside of where im now. Literally and metaphorically...  Tired... Without much hope for the future.

I really do hear you Bleu. My mom died in 2023 from a heart condition that nobody knew she had, because she was so fit otherwise, it just escaped her physicals. She was a US Army office from 1983 to 2000, and she detested what she saw happening in our home country. She would have been there at my passport burning party, holding a can of gas. My brother is still in the US and refuses to believe that he's an ardent supporter of a fascist sex-offender. Like you, I see little hope for a positive outcome in the US or the EU, but -- you know what? -- while there's breath, there's hope, however small.

If you ever need someone to just read your worries and give you an electronic ear you can complain into, drop me a message on here and I'll share a contact email with you. All the best babes, look after yourself and have some hope for good times ahead.

Very sorry for your mom, Liberal... Sadly the health 'trade' replaced the 'care' in most of the west. And even most deserving care like your veteran mom, having given all her career serving the country and society... sometimes go by the system 'unnoticed'. Shouldnt be like that. Never, anywhere... 💔

And thank you. It means more than I can articulate. 🫂

Sitting here and reading, thinking... Just watched todays video by someone i really appreciate lately. Hes from Seattle. Talking all the time about US this, US that... Tried to tell them in the comments to stop this US obsession, cause same absurdity is even worse elsewhere... But he still thinks its worse there. haha. But its globalized madness now. Just thought you or anyone might find him in tune too:
