It's highly unlikely that you'll find any Korean karaoke in CD+G or MP3+G format, almost of their old stuff that I saw when I hosted a karaoke party (some 25 years back now) for K-people who brought there own discs was on CD or DVD plus older stuff on VCD; nowadays it's all digital or sometimes DVD. I went to YouTube and searched for {{{ "korean karaoke" playlist }}} ~~if you want a specific song then try searching for that song plus the word "karaoke" in quotes. Thank you very much! Funny story, many MANY years ago I was looking for the version of "It's De-Lovely" from this disc and couldn't find it because Priddis went bankruptcy. I wanted to sing it at the karaoke party before my sister's wedding. Then on a fateful trip to Portland OR, I walked into a local gay bar and saw the host singing that exact version at karaoke. I asked him where he got it and he said he bought the disc before it went out of print. He told me to come back to a different bar where he'd be playing the next night, and he'd sell me a copy for $10. I went on to serenade my sister perfectly in the summer of 2010. Anyway that disc is sitting in a box in my parents' garage, who knows if it would even play after 16 years, and I don't even have an optical drive on any of my machines anymore, so I appreciate this greatly.
