I don't have the Elizabeth Nichols version as I thought it was too slow and lacking something but I have made the Kelly Clarkson version which is a little quicker if that helps, it is identical just has a bit more oomph to it. It can be found here. I Got A New One - Kelly Clarkson16 points

Hi KaraokeGirl. I do host karaokeshows and mainly use DEX4 or LYRX software. The request option that you mention is already build in and works very well. People simply scan a QR and enter a venue number, can see my library, search for songs and request a song directly to the software. As a host I can decide to accept incoming request or deny a single request which is nice. Downside is that singers have to provide a name and email address to make a free profile. Check it out: [Hidden Content] I know there are many other apps as well out there. Cheers9 points

I've been using Siglos Karaoke Professional for damn near 15 years. it allows remote requests, but it isn't necessary. one of the things i love with it is that almost everything is optional. like feature A...use it, don't like feature C...don't use it. so simple, fully customizable in pretty much any way possible and the customer service has al;ways been amazing with working out issues and taking real user input for new features. i can say there are at least a dozen features implemented that i suggested. priced well too, $120 US for a 2 computer license. I do not work for them, outside of using the software professionally forever i have no attachment to them, just a super happy customer. [Hidden Content] as for BJ's concern, i had that EXACT same concern when i switched from books. it DOES happen on occasion, but really no more than people would do with paper slips. by that i mean the ones who would slip on on the table on the sly when you weren't looking, or had their friend bring up a slip but it was really going to be someone else. however, if you DO find it is a problem, you can have the song list available and just turn off the request capabilities so they still use paper slips. oh, and the songlist is read directly from the software's database. if you have it in your library, it shows up. i add songs on the spot if i don't already have it and the database updates in seconds. in less than the time it takes to have one song sung (sang?), i can buy a song, load it in the database, and it shows up in the remote system immediately.9 points

There is a difference between the SSHK (SingSong Homemade Karaoke) and the 28 files of Max Webster songs labeled SSKH. They are not made the same, so I'm guessing they are a different manufacturer. I have several more of the SingSong Karaoke (28 GB and over 4000 files), so I will upload them and share them here for you and everyone else. I have the same 28 SSKH songs you do and am hoping the SSKH collection has more Canadian Artists, or at least songs that are different.6 points

Hey Everyone. A while back someone shared with me a link to the public google drive folder of the Funbox karaoke creator. This has all of his albums including the latest one (For example, he's currently half way through creating FBK282 so Tracks 1-4 are already on there as they've been finished, although the album is not. I'm not sure if this google drive link has already been shared, but it may be useful if you want the most up to date Funbox Karaoke. [Hidden Content] That same person shared another link with me [Hidden Content] Which seems to be a large collection of karaoke albums from other companies. Hope this helps some people. Apologies if this has already been shared at some point6 points

Gonna hit you up again. One of the tracks is JAG2137-05. I do not recognize this manufacturer, and only have 2 other tracks from them. Is this a set? I would love to get this collection as well.5 points

Hello I don't have that title, but you can recover data from a formatted hard drive. I just did it with DMDE [Hidden Content] The free version lets you recover 4,000 files. I had a major hardware failure and lost a 3TB karaoke hard drive. This software is so good that I bought it for €16 a year. It reconstructs the folders and tracks correctly. I recommend it. I use the often slammed, often cursed Karma software. It works great for me. But, I am very computer literate and don't have to ask for customer support, which is where all the complaints stem from with the creator. It does have songlist search and online submission capability, but I don’t use it, not worth my investment for amount of gigs I do. Doing smaller gigs, so I use this online songbook at KaraokeJuice: [Hidden Content] It costs $50 per year. You are able to upload your own songlist. This takes your own skills at gathering the names of your files in a text file, then I use Excel to search for duplicate names to remove, etc. Then you upload them by a textfile with your sorted filenames. I taught myself this process, so takes a bit of time but it works well. EDIT: As others have noted, this one too has a QR code you can put on your music screen or print on small sheets around the room. This really gets people using the songlist. The main interface allows searching by Artist/Title. I have singers bring me their requests by paper. Works for me, of course as long as you have internet access. Now, there is a bit of a lag when users "SEARCH" it's from 6-10 secs, but they get used to it and have fun going through the titles.3 points

Love the idea of that, but think that it would be murderation in practice. Multiple requests from the same person under different names, and if you exclude numbers already requesting, 'friends' putting in their requests for the same singer. Loads of student singists here and they have no compunction about stealing non-students singing spots. Do love the idea of the songlist available to lookup onlinr.3 points

Silver Saddle are 10-track discs with no guide vocal tracks, and the have title screens. I torrented them individually a long while back. I'll do the same after the weekend when I'm not so busy - I'll have to remove the 'Torrent Dowenloaded from' files - which in back in the day was 5 sites, three of them now gone. Please remind me, old age is affecting my memory2 points
