It's highly unlikely that you'll find any Korean karaoke in CD+G or MP3+G format, almost of their old stuff that I saw when I hosted a karaoke party (some 25 years back now) for K-people who brought there own discs was on CD or DVD plus older stuff on VCD; nowadays it's all digital or sometimes DVD. I went to YouTube and searched for {{{ "korean karaoke" playlist }}} ~~if you want a specific song then try searching for that song plus the word "karaoke" in quotes. Thanks, @Dndstudio! Your hard work, dedication and rapid turnaround are greatly appreciated. The only issue with this one is the audio you chose. I'm presuming that you grabbed it from the "official video", but that version is from a live performance. It isn't bad, but it does contain unwelcome noises from the audience. When you get a chance (and I am certainly not expecting any sort of rush) could you possibly rebuild it using the version from the link I included in my post? That one is the album cut. As always, I am exceedingly grateful for everything you do for this community!
