Totally your perception, don't worry about page counts, allow me to explain its simple maths. Before making this post, there were 9955 posts in this thread, 399 pages , each page has 25 posts. Assuming I reduce the number of posts to 20 per page, do the maths, that will be 497 pages pages. In our previous platform, this is exactly the configurations we used... If you want to see more pages and less posts its a matter of configuration. If I decide to make each page 15 posts, then we're going to have over 663 pages. What do you think now? You still think pages are missing or does it make sense now..

@wilkinp4 What is time consuming about clicking a button, before you like something I'm sure you are aware of what the person posted. Is appreciating work by others something difficult for you to understand? It take less than a second to click like, it takes more than a minute to open shared link and definitely takes a while to download someone's work. Most public forums have this feature and no one complains about this, so not sure what you're on about, afterall when you post content people like your work so then... I won't speak on this issue ever again, this is something we have implemented and is here to stay.

Solution: Just as @sixteener50 said you just have to like the post to see the content, It's a way of appreciating people who work so hard to share free content. By liking their content it will motivate them to keep posting.. There are also guest users who have decided not to join the forum yet all they do is leech. Usually there are hundreds of guests online and all they do is leech. Admins are not exempt from this rule, remember anytime you like someone's content, they get rewarded with +5 reputation points, when you also like you also get rewarded so you see why you should like content.. Eg. you have rookie rank, after liking your content you are no more rookie.. You are now Apprentice TLDR: Just like the content to movitate content creators... after liking, the link will show..

Your rank is not based on how long you have been here, there are badges for that. Ranking is based on contributions you make to the site, this includes posts, reactions you give and reactions you get, they all count towards your reputation, son generally you need posts and good reputation to increase your rank..
