  1. There's one solitary video of it on YouTube. You could try extracting the audio (simple job) and then use the Stems feature in vDJ to remove the vocal. You have to be running vDJ in Windows10 to get the stems feature - I really must upograde this rather elderly laptop that I'm typing away on Only a thought and the end result might not be all that you desire
  2. You're comparing apples and coal Everything is a fine prog for replacing the Windows search function, and can even search for standard ID3 tags inside mp3 files and also look inside Zip archives. But it won't search for non-standard and custom ID3 tags, nor will it search mp3 files that are inside Zip files. But we're discussing searching with VirtualDJ with it's multiplicity of folders and crates
  3. Nope not at all. I take a 4TB 2 two-and-a half inch drive with me and only recurse if necessary. When I have new tracks to add I just drag each directory into the 'queued songs' window and the when I've done them all, I select the whole lot and drag them into the left window (which is recursed etc.) and they get added; then I delete them from the queued songs. If I remember, I'll even do it at home before I leave The drive that I take out is a smaller subset of my main collection (that I'm gradually going thru to remove dupes) and has approx 175000 tracks of audio+g and video karaoke. Takes about 25 mins to go through with a new recurse and add.
  4. No idea how many out there collect of this series of collections of dance and disco remixes, many of them bootlegs, which appear roughly every month. I have many of them, although some issues have tracks missing - but I'm missing many of the early ones completely. If it looks as though I have an issue that you're missing then put it in this thread and I'll torrent it for you andeverybody else. These are the ones that I'm looking for: 002 - 016 - that's 15 discs 018 022 - 027 - that's 6 discs 029 - 035 - that's 7 discs 039 and 040 042 and 043 Some 33 discs in all.
  5. Here y'go: [Hidden Content] BTW, if you like the above and want to show appreciation, just click the icon bottom right. It saves waste in the forum and gives me a rep point.
  6. Yep, Sacot torrented it here a few years back [Hidden Content]
  7. Some people file their songs album-track - artist-title, which is helpful if (like me) you're a completist. That falls apart with many HM producers who don't bother to give them any kind of numbering. Others file them by artist - song - album-track. There are those that file by artist - song - company, which falls apart when a company produces more than one version of a song on different discs.
  8. I've managed to get myself into a bit of a pickle here 2 weeks ago I treated myself to a 16TB hard drive. Did the usual, partitioned it and then formatted the partition. All OK. Decided to use the opportunity to try and sort out my a large number of zippede karaoke music files scattered hither and thither across my hard drives, so moved them all to my new K: drive preparatory to sorting them all out. There are loads of them; those with a proper ID number at the start, and those with the ID number at the end, not forgetting those with a different ID format. Plus; most of them are ZIP files but a fair number of them are matcahed MP3+G files not forgetting a few hundred MP4 and AVI files. So, all of these files and their folders are on the new drive. Windows was nagging me to update so I did and then I promptly rebooted, as you do. My new 16TB K drive was not to be seen; but I could see (in Disk Management) that there was a drive 14.9TB (16TB after 1024 to 1000 conversion). Opened up Active Partition Recovery Ultimate v22.0.0 which saw the disc and I've waited the last 5 days while SuperScan went through every sector of the drive. It's found all of the files and directories for me but I'm damned if I can see how to get them back. It links to Easy File Recovery but that program can't see the drive. If I right-click on the drive it gives me two choices: 1. Recover Volume In-Place or 2. Copy All Data to a New Disk. Option 2 is out of the question because even if I select "Recover Files and Folders Only" it tells me there's not enough space on any of my other HDs n- I'd need another 16TB drive or larger to recover the (maybe) 400~500GB of KV files. So, Option 1 - where I get the announcements: Not Ready for Recovery - yes, in red. Reason: Logical structure of MBR is damaged and contains invalid partition records. Action: You can try to use low-level tools (like Disk Editor) to fix records manually, or delete invalid partitions, or execute FixMBR command (related commands in Partition menu). So I'm a completely at a loss. The files and folders are clearly visible in the program but it offers me no way to get at them. I've just started running Hasleo Data Recovery - but that has 42 hours to run, and I'm pretty certain that it will tell me it's a trial version or similar. So any ideas of my next step here. Is there a non-trial file recovery program (preferably accessible here on GLO) that will do my job for me ?? Thank you in advance for any and all solutions to my problem.
  9. I was surprised to find no commercial issue of this song. This is a very good HM version by Scream Queen [Hidden Content]
  10. Yep was there for a long time, took a helluvalongtime to statisfy uploaders requirements after 2~3 years of being largely ignored by site, I stopped posting. Same with Pirate Bay, they were easier to join than to post, but Pbayhas its' own little intricasies and were rather arcane. Haven't been to either site for years and years
  11. Just figured out what I did. When I made the torrent I must have pointed at the main directory [H:\karaoke\MMpro Mastermix] rather than the sub-directory [H:\karaoke\MMpro Mastermix\MMpro01]
  12. BJtheDJ

    Ho ho ho

    Same to you my friend
  13. I remember it as a lot more than <POOF>. KaT was a way of life for many of us. A bunch of the old admins tried very hard to resurrect the site, but an almost impossible task without access to the original site code
  14. That's weird Scottie, above URL is for the last disc that I posted. GLO suffered an attack a few years back where all of the torrent records were wiped out, which makes a few anomalies - like looking at my profile [Hidden Content] where it says that I've posted 729 torrents, but looking at my 'achievements' (RHS same page) the latest is "I am a Freak" and hovering the cursor over that title gives you a pop-up saying uploaded at least 1,000 torrents to the site and that cheevo was at least 4 years ago I checked 1337x where I would have posted as well, but my membership (as BJtheDJ) there was wiped out a few months back and I had to re-register as BJthe1BJ with no access to my old upload records there. If anyone has URLs for that flood that would be brilliant; I remember that I posted 5 or 6 discs at a time. If those URLs don't turn up I'll carry on posting the series from disc number 2,
  15. You're misunstanding what's up on the left where it says that I joined here on Dec 11th 2019 - and that's correct because the 'here' that I joined is [Hidden Content]. I joined the main site [Hidden Content] on September 14th, 2014, check my profile at [Hidden Content]. Additionally my torrents were posted to GLO, to KaT, to 1337x and to EasyTorrents (Damn I miss that site almost as much as KaT). No idea when I joined KaT but the WayBackMachine has a copy of my KaT profile at this address [Hidden Content]
  16. Interesting. I ripped and posted these discs in 2015 30 discs plus 2 top-ups
