Why do we have DCK by Artist first or Code first? No idea. There's probably a good reason.

Why do we have DCK by Artist first or Code first? No idea. There's probably a good reason.

Some people file their songs album-track - artist-title, which is

helpful if (like me) you're a completist. That falls apart with many

HM producers who don't bother to give them any kind of numbering.

 

Others file them by artist - song - album-track.

 

There are those that file by artist - song - company, which falls apart

when a company produces more than one version of a song on

different discs.
