I'v been using this one for years. It allows you to fix errors in multiple filenames (such as underlines where spaces should be, changing every instance of "last name, first name" to "first name last name" IE: Brooks, Garth to Garth Brooks. And, if you know anything about regex, it is a super powerful program. I have a few lines of regex code I could share with you.

Microsoft Powertoys includes Power Renamer among other things. I use it a lot. Have a read and see if it fits the bill.
