Premium VIP gma Posted yesterday at 11:38 AM Premium VIP Report Posted yesterday at 11:38 AM (edited) I just downloaded the latest DCK tracks as I was a little bit behind, but I have noticed that these albums (DCK 1066+) contain songs that are actually AI-generated songs which are allegedly by well-known artists. Track 4, for example, is “Northern Lights” by Ellie Goulding. I was surprised, as an Ellie fan, as I thought I had missed a new release, only to discover after a quick YouTube search that this song is from a channel by Rap & English and isn’t an Ellie song at all; it’s AI-generated. There are a number of other songs sprinkled throughout the other albums (>1066) too from the likes of Billie Eilish, Madonna and Sia. Personally, I hadn’t ever given much thought to the content of discs until now. Naturally, I don’t listen to every single song on a disc either - but it is disappointing to me that my library now contains bloat / songs that aren’t real. I also presumed that DCK was a reputable producer of discs - perhaps my assumptions are so misaligned. Edited yesterday at 11:39 AM by gma 1 5

I can only assume that like me the creator had/has no idea these were AI generated (Why would anyone create a karaoke version of a song that the public have never heard the said artist sing????) makes no sense to me. If i find a new song that i like on youtube the first thing i do is check karaokenerds to see if it has been done before, if not i will start creating it.. it has never crossed my mind that the song could be AI ... holy Shishkabab WTF.... 3

I usually check the labeling of the tracks, and had only noticed 1 as an AI song until you posted, (DCK1075-09 - Bob Marley - One Vibe), as I found it impossible for Bob Marley to have a new song in 2025 when he passed away in 1981. I have gone back though and checked all the songs from DCK1060 though the latest DCK1076, and found 24 of them to be AI created tracks. I have checked YouTube for the creators of these "original tracks" and labeled these as follows: DCK1066-04 - Rap & English - Northern Lights [AI Generated Ellie Goulding Style] DCK1067-08 - Rap & English - The Alibi [AI Generated Taylor Swift Style] DCK1067-09 - Rap & English - Tidal Wave [AI Generated Ellie Goulding Style] DCK1068-03 - Rap & English - Psychic Damage [AI Generated Dua Lipa Style] DCK1068-04 - CraigsAIMusic - Hillbilly Hoedown [AI Generated Disco-Infused Country Music] DCK1069-01 - Rap & English - Taboo [AI Generated Madonna Style] DCK1069-08 - Rap & English - Aftertaste [AI Generated Ariana Grande Style] DCK1070-04 - Rap & English - Close To The Edge [AI Generated Nick Jonas Style] DCK1070-09 - Rap & English - Ricochet [AI Generated Sia Style] DCK1071-04 - Rap & English - Constellations [AI Generated Ellie Goulding Style] DCK1071-08 - Rap & English - Cobblestone [AI Generated Ed Sheeran Style] DCK1072-02 - Rap & English - Liability [AI Generated Ava Max Style] DCK1072-08 - Billie Eilish Echoes - Hollow Crown [AI Generated Billie Eilish Style] DCK1072-09 - Billie Eilish Echoes - Velvet Storm [AI Generated Billie Eilish Style] DCK1072-10 - Bluevibe - My Son [AI Generated Calum Scott Style] DCK1073-01 - Vibe Circuit - Mom, You're My Song [AI Generated Ed Sheeran Style] DCK1073-02 - Rap & English - Saint & Sinner [AI Generated Madonna Style] DCK1073-05 - Billie Eilish Echoes - Static Bloom [AI Generated Billie Eilish Style] DCK1075-01 - Billie Eilish Echoes - Golden Scars [AI Generated Billie Eilish Style] DCK1075-02 - Billie Eilish Echoes - Velvet Noose [AI Generated Billie Eilish Style] DCK1075-04 - Rap & English - Textbook [AI Generated Olivia Rodrigo Style] DCK1075-05 - Rap & English - Alarm Bells [AI Generated Anne-Marie Style] DCK1075-09 - Rap & English - One Vibe [AI Generated Bob Marley Style] DCK1075-10 - EchoVerse - Hold Me Closer (Zedd Remix) [AI Generated Madison Beer Style] I don't mind having AI Generated songs in my karaoke catalog for my singers to chose, but I do not want them labeled improperly as an artist's real track. I hope this helps everyone else. Enjoy!!!! 1 1 1 1

What's happened is that Dream Catcher left out one word 'style' If you look at the vid you can clearly see that the poster/author clearly names the singer as Ellie Goulding- They could have been clearer I must admit, the only real clue is this from the description: is inspired by Ellie Goulding. 2

That being said I can't imagine a punter asking for one of these without having its' existence pointed out to them ~ unless of course mthey saw it on YouTube 3 1 1
Premium VIP gma Posted 22 hours ago Premium VIP Report Posted 22 hours ago Agreed, but it’s an inspired song, that has never been released or even charted by a real music artist. The AI singing the song sounds nothing like Ellie either so it feels more like a click bait video by simply adding in a famous artists name. obv I would much rather songs that are in the charts 2

naturebou1882 Posted 4 hours ago Report Posted 4 hours ago Hey everyone, just after a bit of advice. My dad’s retiring, and I’m planning to take over his karaoke business. The only issue is that he’s got over 1000 karaoke CDs that he’s been using for years. I’m wondering what the best option would be — should I try to convert all those CDs into digital files so I can run everything from my laptop, or would it make more sense to sell the CDs and just download digital versions online instead? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions! Hope you’re all having a great weekend
