when I open KSLC, my database listing says 492,765 is this right? at the top

That's not your database listung, it's how many tracks Airwer (the program's

author) has listed in the DB.

Remember that if you do decide to use the program for your own listing that the

DB is 8-bit which limits the number of tracks displayed to approx 32K

Yes that as BJ says is the total amount of tracks in the program, to make your own list you have to put a tick in the square box for every disc you have that shows in the KSLC and save it. Next time you click then it will show you your list ie; SF001,002,003 up to SF400 will show you this collection.

If you are having any problems just ask ok?

You might have noticed that I've started torrenting again after a

hiatus of nearly a year.

Couple of new ones first, then I'm re-ripping some Omnibus discs

that are 20 years old or so.

What's the best piece of software to remove vocals from a track??

I use Spleeter for it (by Deezer, on github). It's open-source and free and I have it installed on my local machine. However, it is a bit complicated to get working right (lots of piddling in command prompt, Python install required, etc. ) There are some online websites that are simpler that use Spleeter (like moises.ai and ezstems.com) where you just upload your track and they remove the vocals for you. Those are a better option if you aren't doing a large volume of tracks.
