  1. Easier yet; extract the archive content using MP3+Gtoolz - which will rename the content with the name of the zipfile. But on the options page DON'T select the Auto-Rename Zip files option at any time - it's how many zipfile names became fouled up, Personally I have Recurse folders and Delete old files after processing permananetly selected; if youmake any changes on that page close the pogram before use top make the changes happen.
  2. Thanx for that. Versions?? Horses for courses.
  3. Back in 2016 or 2016 I put up a brand new disc set, I think it may have been a Mr Entertainer; the very next day Rigmar put up a new torrent titled 'New monthly karaoke' - or words to that effect. When I downloaded it I saw that it was the same set of zipfiles that I had just uploaded, all files the same size as nine but renamed to remove the album/track from the front of the filename and the comapny name added at the end. Opening up the zips ahowed that it was indeed my torrent; I checked in with Miss Kitty (sadly now no longer listed as a GLO staff member) who started this chat forum and his torrent was taken down. He no longer torrents here and I haven't seen anything from him on other sites for nearly a year; he did put up some good music videos. I see that he now puts into his info: "Feel free to call this your own and reseed it on any other site."
  4. Looking for the KV version of Diana Krall - "Christmas Song (Chestnuts Roasting)" Two copies here, both with corrupted mp3 files within the zipfile. Anybody got, can assist - if you can, please check zip before posting
  5. Rigmar, please don't get me started on that waste of karaoke space. He has some strange ideas, including his belief that he's the world's best source of karaoke. He once told me that it wwasn't possible to seed more then 50 torrents; I'm currently seeding more than 400 !!
  6. Ask me in a PM giving your email and I'll let u have mine
  7. That's just the half of it You have to contend with the different naming schemes, where the slightest change means that the names are dissimilar. Putting [`] instead of [' ] (common with older files sourced from Mac users I've found) or missing apostrophes out completely; putting that apostrophe at the end of a verb (or even a gerund if we're going to be exact ) with a missing 'g' at the end. Those that insist on renaming any song title that begins with 'the' so that that word is placed at the end of the title after a comma - same with song titles starting with the letter A. C'mon people, what about The River being renamed River, The Rose >> Rose, The Climb >> Climb ; Elvis 'A House is Not a Home' Reversing first name and last name, damn don't get me on that - why can't the people that do it do it consistently ?? I mean Ryan, Barry and Paul ?? Mann, Manfred ?? Bocelli, and Sarah Brightman Andrea ?? -- this next one is a champion that I saw - Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick And Tich, Dave And can't people understand that when they take 'The' of the front of a band's name there is no need to add [. The] onto the end ?? And none of them appear to understand that The Weeknd is the name of an artiste and not a band. Dammit, rant over :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
  8. Yep I'll never be asked for it, but I don't have it, and I'm a completist :geek:
  9. For those of you that haven't had a reply to emails - my ISP has very kindly repaired (after 6 days, and about 30 minutes ago) the problem. If I don't answer in the next day or so then mail ne again please.
  10. With all of the excitement of multiple SC's being posted, I've realised that I have a track missing that's not duped on any of the non-SC10### discs. Anybody have SC8435-04 please ?? cheers
  11. DK Karaoke, different series; taken from KSLC DKA= Applause - 3036 - 3100 DKD=DeLuxe - 1111 - 1114 DKE=Encore - 3036 - 3100 (looks like a dupe of DKA) DKF=Favorites - 2001 - 2029 DKG=Graphics - 001 - 079 + 701 DKH=HipHop - 01 + 02 DKK=Karaoke - 01 - 099 DKL=Laser - 001A - 022A, 001B - 022B DKM=Millenium - 1101 - 1115, 2001 - 2035, 3036 - 3100, + 905 and 910 DKP=Premier - 1101 There's also DKLU listed with A and B of each number, so I'm assuming that they're another laserdisc series.
  12. Early this morning, iTake said in [Hidden Content] "having DNS problems".
  13. That link is dead for me, other OneDrive links are OK
  14. Quite often when manufacturers re-issue a disc, they'll add or subract songs or even change the runnng order. It's a common thing for those manuracturers to carry on using the same catalog number with no differentiation, so when we notice it we'll use an R suffix , or maybe v1 or v2.
  15. Looking for SC3462, tracks 9 to 16, the vocal tracks. Anybody gottem please??
  16. Looking at the SoundChoice catalog PDFs that you uploaded I can see that the 4000's are DVDs and the 5000's are American Idol. Purely for my own convenience, I've renamed your PDFs to relate to the page numbers that they contain - in case anybody else is interested and to save them the time, here's the list: p1 Contents p2-3 Product lineup p4-5 Product Categories p6-7 DVD p8-9 American idol, Nashville Star p10-21 Star series p22 Reminiscing by disc p23-31 PowerPicks p32-59 Spotlight p60-72 Paks p73-75 Latin p76-77 International p78-201 Songlisting p202 B.Flat the Cat p203 Reminiscing series by title p204-209 Music' Movies p210-265 Artist listing
  17. Thanx for this, it'll be a good read Think you'll find that because it's a retail catalog, all of the various promo discs that they've done for various manufactureres will not be included.
  18. 8051 at [Hidden Content] has a listing the same as yours. Their 8052 at [Hidden Content] is the same as mine While I've been typing this label scans have arrived, they're VocoPro demo discs and here they are:
  19. Where did you get the listings for these two discs?? HairyTerrier posted those two discs to usenet back in March of 2019 with completely different listings. Your 8051 is the same listing as on KSLC but not your 8052 which is the same as HairyTerrier's, and mine - but not the same as KSLC's listing
  20. Davey, Many thanx for putting all of these up for the community. You might want to complete the collection by adding DCK498-04.
  21. Anybody have DCK498-04 please?? Looks to be not in my directory.
  22. Thank you for many fills (I may have fills for you as well). Maybe it's my machine here, but I can't get the graphics on PR1265 to work, if they're working for you (or anybody else for that matter) then it's a fault at my end that needs to be sorted.
  23. I'll take your 'originals all the way' with one major exception. For karaoke I always play Geri Haliwell's 'It's Raining Men' although when playing disco I'll use the Weather Girls' original. The WG version has too much talking and too many asides for almost any singer to follow, and they get in a real mess.
