  1. Found this very interesting video on YouTube about comparing vocal reductions for Karaoke. [Hidden Content]
  2. As do we all That's the same wih me. Well that will have been a function of storage and/or transport, nowadays I meticulously check all ZIP and RAR files that I get especially those from MEGA ~~ which I have found especially unreliable on large downloads. Invariably when I DL from MEGA I find errors on individual files wthin the Zips, which I then have to go back to MEGA and download individually to replace those that were found to be bad ~ and twice I've found the replacements need to be replaced when I have checked them . Checking is the name of the game every time. When receiving ZIP files from other people I find that the best way of checking them is to immediately extract the content from them uisng MP3+GToolz - which will stop every time it finds an error and I then have to click [OK] for the prog to carry on. I have MP3+GToolz set to delete the Zip after extraction, so that once it's has finished I have a directory full of MP£s and CDGs - together with all of the ZIPs which had errors. Often I'll find that those errors were caused by extra files in the Zip and that the music and GFX are OK, many times I've found extra Zips INSIDE the zip I'm looking at a few things: A; You could store more on MEGA by using compressed files. B; It would take you less time to upload files toMEGA. C; It would take downloaders less time to get the files. Sorry Lee, But you're wrong there the MP3 files can compress by a small amount, here are DIR text printouts of the first three songs in a multi-gigabyte directory that I'm currently working on:: CDG first: Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp>dir *.cdg Volume in drive Y is Y: 8TB Kworkdisc Volume Serial Number is 8AB6-B973 Directory of Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp 21/04/2014 02:18 1,221,600 KV - Andrews Sisters - I'll Be With You In Apple Blossom Time.cdg 21/04/2014 02:19 1,624,800 KV - Calvin Harris - You Used To Hold Me.cdg 05/08/2013 00:59 1,222,560 KV - Ronettes - Be My Baby.cdg 3 File(s) 4,068,960 bytes MP3 next: Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp>dir *.mp3 Volume in drive Y is Y: 8TB Kworkdisc Volume Serial Number is 8AB6-B973 Directory of Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp 28/06/2021 21:16 2,717,107 KV - Andrews Sisters - I'll Be With You In Apple Blossom Time.mp3 28/06/2021 21:16 3,611,457 KV - Calvin Harris - You Used To Hold Me.mp3 05/08/2013 00:59 2,717,987 KV - Ronettes - Be My Baby.mp3 3 File(s) 9,046,551 bytes Now separately Zipped cdgs & mp3s: Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp>dir *.zip Volume in drive Y is Y: 8TB Kworkdisc Volume Serial Number is 8AB6-B973 Directory of Y:\_KV\KV no ##\tmp 25/01/2025 21:27 360,624 KV cdg test.zip 25/01/2025 21:26 8,886,053 KV mp3 test.zip 2 File(s) 9,246,677 bytes As you can see, the MP3 files total 9,046,551 bytes, and together they compress to 9,246,677 bytes, OK not a great deal but still something when added to the much greater reduction for the CDG files. As you can see it's well worth the compression just for the reduction that you get with the CDG files from 9.046MB to 360KB. I'm not trying to tell you how to share with the rest of us, just mentioning that you could be sharing rather more than you are now with the 2TB limit, which you have mentioned now and then in the past.
  3. Wilkinp4, You do realise that every time that you transcode an MP3 you debase the sound quality a little more. If your 64kb/s karaoke tracks were mono, then they were the equivalent of 128kb/s stereo. Sacot1 and I rip all of diss at 320kb/s so that everyone has the best quality available ~~ and you downcoding from 320kb/s to 192kb/s defeats the entire object of the hard work that we put into doing it. If you want to normalise then transcode to WAV do your normalising and then save at whatever you want to. In these days of cheap Multi-TB drives youu should have no need to save space.
  4. You will have to remind me which discs I was going to find. I have "EZP135 "Chart Hits 9" here ready to go but the covers that I got are pictures taken on a slant and I'll have to KeyStone adjust them before setting them free into the world for all the K-collectors.
  5. If you check the cover that you posted and the ID3s of the MP3 files, you'll find that it's my rip from April last year.
  6. Does anybody here know of a program that I can get for free that will adjust the Keystone aspects of pictures ??? I do have a cracked version of CaptureOne - but it has an incredibly steep learning curve and far more features than I shall ever need (I'll give you a F'rinstance: to save a picture you have to complete a whole new project and then save from the ~~ I solved that by doing a screen grab which does the job but not as nicely as I'd like it to.
  7. Lee, I took a look at your MM share with us and it surprised me that it was all in MP3/CDG format rather than Zipped. I downloaded you MM64## folder and it came to 2.37 GB (2,554,575,556 bytes) I unzipped it and then re-zipped and the size fell to 1.74 GB (1,878,470,228 bytes) which is roughly a quarter smaller. It would give you more space on Mega if they were zipped files. Just advising you, no killer ;;)
  8. Thanx to those of you that reported the spam that got through. Spam Deleted. Spammer banned.
  9. After a certain number of posts to this new version of the forum, this security method will stop and you'll be able to see the links without them being hidden.
  10. And of course, you can't like without being a member of this forum ~~ which keeps away the 'visitors' who only come to grab for free what we are sharing with each other.
  11. Just a little more info on liking; if after you have reacted you decide that you don't want to reward the poster, then hiver your cursor Just a little more info on liking ~~ if after reacting by placing a like, you decide that you didn't after all like it, or the trouble that the poster took to make it, then you can withdraw it by hovering your cursor over the like icon and clickthe 'X' that appears, you can withdraw your reaction ~~ which will also lower your rep points as well
  12. When I click on your link above it doesn't go through, instead I get the messasge "The file you are trying to download is no longer available"
  13. Fresh Rip @320 ET05-10 - R Kelly - Gotham City
  14. All what hidden content ?? What are asking about ??
  15. Solved I have 2 versions, the ET and the EZC. The ET had a glitchy opening screen so I put up the EZC version. So the long version of one, united with the good GFX of the other has now replaced both of them. Here You Go
  16. You don't have to scroll thru the pages, just click the Search icon at the top right of the page and type in 'Lee' or even 'leenewkaraoke' and you'll find some of his posts with the link at the bottom. Once you have the address you can add it to your favourites in your browser.
  17. My copy of this has corrupt audio, I can rip anew (after finding the disc) but hopefully someone else has a good copy. You do know that this is an instrumental don't you ?? So far as I now this is an error in KSLC (who may just have put intis track after a listing from Essential) track 9 is a dupe of track 8, I've included a scan of the label for you. Click here to download the Essential/Easy fills.
  18. Hey!!! Like the new colour scheme
  19. Dood, I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'requested by email ' since that is not how things are done in a forum. You need to learn how to post to this forum properly. There are 2 ways of doing so and you used the wrong one 1. To make a new posting to this forum just click Reply at the bottom of the page. 2. To reply to a post that another member of this forum has made, you should click on Quote beneath somone's article, and that's what you did to one of @Sacot1's posts there. Hidden content ??? If you had taken the trouble to read the entire article you would have seen that in order to read the "hidden content" all that you have to do is to react (click [like] at the bottom right) or reply to the post.
  20. Here are 700 + Danish Karaoke tracks, there may be some dupes. Nothing modern, they came my way in 2009/2010. I'm uploading right now and it'll take another hour to finish them, so don't expect to download everything straight away. DANISH KARAOKE
  21. Thanx for the fill. My eyes weren't good when I posted my gaps, and when I checked 126, 131 & 132 were empty directories. I do have EZP128 Girls Just Want to Have Fun - but I'll wait to see whether Greenpeace or bradajoker make it available before sharing it. Hopefully he'll have the missing 8 discs/disc sets as well.
  22. There's a lot of confusion with three disc series, easiest way to show is to show you a compilation from my directory listings edited for ease of use: The company chopped and changed their label names, but kept closely to a unified numbering scheme. FTX - Fast Trax - FTX Pop series FTX001 to FTX014 FTX015 onwards are SSP discs FTX Artist series FTX1000-FTX1013 are QH discs FTX1014 Rihanna FTX1015 Justin Bieber FTX1016 Zac Brown Band FTX1017 Adele FTX1018 Bruno Mars FTX1019 Ke$ha FTX1020 Maroon 5 FTX1021 Lady Gaga FTX1022 on are SS discs FTX1022 on are SS discs FTX Country series FTXC400-FTXC403 are QHC discs FTXC404 to FTXC417 FTXC418 onwards are SSC discs QH - QuikHiitz - QH Artist series follows: QH001v1 Carrie Underwood, QH001v2 Carrie Underwood QH002 Tim McGraw QH003 Sara Evans QH004 Dixie Chicks QH005 Toby Keith QH006 Evanescence QH007 Beyonce QH008 Avril Lavigne QH009 Brad Paisley QH010 Martina McBride QH011 Sugarland QH012 Keith Urban QH013 Gretchen Wilson QH014 Black Eyed Peas QH015 Rascal Flatts QH016 Carrie Underwood QH017 Leona Lewis QH018 Amy Winehouse QH1000 Taylor Swift QH1001 Rihanna QH1002 Pink QH1003 Nickelback QH1004 Miley Cyrus QH1005 Lady Gaga QH1006 Carrie Underwood QH1007 Lady Gaga 2 QH1008 Lady Antebellum QH1009 Miranda Lambert QH1010 Black Eyed Peas QH1011 Katy Perry QH1012 Train QH1013 Taylor Swift Pop series follows: QH300 to QH338 Best of QHB09 - Best of 2009 QHB10 - Best of 2010 QHDuets QHXMAS SS - Singers Solution - SS Artists series SS1008 Lady Antabellum SS1022 Band Perry SS1023 Luke Bryan SS1024 Taylor Swift SS1025 Blake Shelton SS Country SSC447 to SSC453 SS Pop SSP015 to SSP053 TS1989 Taylor Swift '1989'
  23. Click [Staff] at the top of the page and contact iTake
  24. You are of course completely correct Scottie, I can only plead old age and early morning befuddlement. I used the wrong disc number, I should have said EZP119 disc 2 track 10.
  25. The EZP series is numbered up to EZP135, which theoretically means 135 discs or disc sets. BUT!!! There are two EZP134 sets which are completely different ~ Divas 2 and Kids Rock (with Kids Rock I'm missing cd2 track 10 Justin Bieber U Smile) - so if there's an Easy Karaoke version of that song floating about out there then please share it. I have 129 of them; I'm missing these ~~EZP89, 90, 91, 92,108 ~~ if you or anyone else has them then please share. Let this forum know which ones you need and we'll try to fill for you. I'll get them now.
