My wife's computer runs Win10 and it has just updated, and she has now found that MicroSoft Edge has re-installed itself onto her computer. I've always removed it by running the command [ setup --uninstall --force-uninstall --system-level ] from a command prompt that has Admin priveleges. Now when Ii try it I get the message that Setup is not recognised as a command. Anybiody any ideas on this ?? cheers B

For those that might be interested, I've found what I think is a brilliant work-round for this. Open WinRAR and navigate to the folder/file causing and the problem and delet/rename or whatever the file from inside WinRAR. For reasons that I have no interest in knowing, WinRAR treats those ultra-long filenames as normal.

It amazes me that since I started reseeding those two torrents seven and a half hours ago, nobody has downloaded them. Let's see what happens overnight.

I'm pretty certain that there are no discs with those numbers. Edit: If you can let me have a URL (a selling site rather than a fan site) I'll see what can be done. They were made by SunFly Australia, and the chappie that made the discs (they were all burned discs) and sold them on eBay at exhorbitant prices looks to have disappeared; he was moaning about the cost of sending discs from Oz to the UK, but wouldn't discount for more than 1 disc in a package - if I ordered 6 discs I got charged for 6 lots of postage and they all arrived together. price-gougeing shark would be descriptive.

The normal thing if you find that a torrent is unseeded, is to drop a PM to the torrent poster (NOTE, a PM, not a comment on the torrent) asking them if they would kindly re-seed. I'm now seeding both of the above for you, and I'll do so for a week; it's impossible for me to seed all of the torrents for any great length of time after I post them. You should now be able to access them, but I do have a lot of uploads right now (cos I'm putting up many of last years MutzNutz collections which were never posted here) and I limit the numberof people DLing from me to 50 at any one time. SFWS100 was posted more than 2 years ago and the vast majority of DLs happen in the week or so after a torrent is uploaded, I actually seed for waaaayyy longer than that; that's the reason that the torrent world works so well, 'cos all of those that download a torrent should seed it until their ratio figure is, at least, more than 1.00. Amongst other things (for my sins) I collect documentaries and TV series and I've just downloaded some dox that were posted over 7 years ago and got them because they were still well seeded.

Sacot let me have the install progs last time that I needed them but I can't lay my hands on them right now. He's considerably more organised than I am, and I'm pretty certain that he'll be able to let you have them or put up a torrent.
